SAIF Email Accounts Must Be Set up in Microsoft Outlook Mobile in Android.

Set up email in the Mail app – iOS
1. Go to your iPhone or iPad'sSettings> scroll down and tapAccounts & Passwords > Add Account.
Note:If you're on iOS 10, go toMail > Accounts >Add Account.

2. SelectExchange.
3. Enter your email address and a description of your account. TapNext.
4. You will be redirected to the SAIF Single Sign-On page. Provide your password and then pressSign In.

5. The Mail app may request certain permissions. TapAccept.

6. Choose the services you want to sync with your iOS device and tapSave. You're done!

Configuring Outlook Mobile – iOS
Add an Account
1. Download and install theMicrosoft Outlookapp for your iPhone or iPad from the App Store. 2. Open the app. On theAdd Email Accountscreen type in your full SAIF email address. TapAdd Accountwhen done.
3. You will be redirected to the SAIF Single Sign-On page. Provide your password and then pressSign In.
4. You may be prompted to add another account. SelectMaybe Laterif you do not want to add another mailbox. SelectLet's Do Itif you'd like to add another mailbox. Tap the left arrow two times or tapSkip. Your mailbox should configure and load. It may take a few seconds for the app to sync.
Configuring Outlook Mobile – Android
1. Download and install the Outlook for Android app from the Android MarketPlace. 2. Open the app and pressGet Started.
3. On theAdd Email Accountscreen type in your full SAIF email address. TapContinuewhen done. 4. You will be redirected to the SAIF Single Sign-On page. Provide your password and then pressSign In. If the Activate device administor page appears, tapActivate. If the Activate device admin app screen appears, tap Activate this device admin app. SelectContinueif you'd like to add another mailbox. SelectSkipif you do not want to add another mailbox.
5. TapSkipor tap the right arrow three times. Your mailbox should configure and load. It may take a few seconds for the app to sync.
Sync Your Contacts
By default, the contacts in your Office 365 account are only kept within the Outlook app. If you would like to sync your Outlook contacts to the Contacts folder on your mobile device, please take the steps below.
1. Open the Outlook app.
2. Tap your picture or the circle in the upper left-hand corner. 3. Tap thegear iconin the bottom left corner. 4. On the settings page that appears, select your account in the Mail Accounts section.
5. Scroll down and tap the switch to the right ofSave Contacts(iPhone) orSync Contacts(Android phone).
6. As message will appear asking if you would like to save your Outlook contacts to your Phone. TapSave to my iPhone on IPhone or Allow on Android Phone. Your contacts will start syncing.
Sync Your Calendar
By default, the calendar in your Office 365 account are only kept within the Outlook app. If you would like to sync your Outlook calendar to the native calendar on your mobile device, please take the steps below.
Outlook for Android provides users the ability to synchronize Outlook calendar data to the native Calendar app.
The user must grant access to the native Calendar app for calendar synchronization to occur.
Note: This feature is only supported with Outlook for Android.
1. Open the Outlook app.
