张忠教授现任上海交通大学上海高级金融学院市场营销学特聘教授,宾夕法尼亚大学沃顿商学院市场营销学教授。

张忠教授的研究聚焦于目标定价和其他定价策略,竞争策略,市场准入,以及渠道和零售管理。在张忠教授最近的研究中,他探讨了在快速发展的互联网时代,目标定价复杂的、意外的陷阱——以较低的价格瞄准竞争对手客户的过程。他的研究表明,虽然这种方法并不适用于所有企业,但在适当的情况下,它可以成为一种有效的工具。张忠教授还提供了一些指导原则,以帮助企业了解目标定价在其营销策略中,何时可能发挥有效作用。
